Shipping and Returns

Josette Cacnio Clothing Design offers free shipping for all orders over $100 .00 throughout Canada and the mainland USA.

A flat rate of :

$2.50 for all orders under $9.99

$7.00 for orders between $10.00 - $59.99
$10 for orders between $60 - $99.99 

Please be advised that you are responsible for any brokerage fees, customs duties and any other charges that may be imposed on orders delivered outside of Canada.

 

Please note that for in order to protect the privacy of all consumers Josette Cacnio Clothing Design is prohibited from discussing ANY customer inquiries including but not limited to order status requests on ANY and ALL social media outlets.

Order Status:

Lead times vary depending on items purchased.

Items that are out of stock may no longer be available. You will be notified if the item is unavailable.
Items purchased that are no longer available will be refunded to the purchasing bank/credit card on file.
A confirmation email will be sent with delivery information once an order has been processed.

Business operations are from Monday-Friday, business days do not include weekends.
Josette Cacnio Clothing Design can not be held liable for incorrect shipping addresses.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post unless other arrangements are requested at the time of purchase by emailing josettecacnio@gmail.com. Estimated delivery times after the order has been processed are as follows:

3-5 business days for domestic orders, from the shipment date.
6-14 business days international orders, from the shipment date.
Please note that certain international orders may take up to 20 business days to be delivered as a result of delays within your local customs processing queue.
All transactions are deemed completed upon Josette Cacnio Clothing Design's verification that an order has been delivered to Canada Post by providing a tracking number for domestic orders and a delivery confirmation receipt number for international orders. Once these numbers have been provided all customers must contact their local post office for any and all status updates. Tracking may not be available for all international orders.

Josette Cacnio Clothing Design can not be held liable for any delays that are beyond our control including but not limited to any domestic or international postal service issues.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends and Canadian holidays.
All orders placed between 12:00pm (EST) on Fridays and 11:59pm (EST) on Sundays will be processed on the following business day.

Returns
Josette Cacnio Clothing Design hopes you love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may send it back to us within 3 days of receiving the item for a merchandise credit or exchange after obtaining a return authorization number by emailing josettecacnio@gmail.com. To ensure our ability to continue offering our customers great prices, no exchanges will be accepted after the 5 day period. To receive a store/merchandise credit, or a refund your item must still be unworn or untampered with. All shipping charges including the cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer should you decide to exchange or return an item. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Custom ordered jewelry, earrings, special order items and final sale items are not exchangeable.

​When returning by mail, allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited. Please send via Canada Post or United States Postal Service.

​Damages and Claims

Please inspect immediately after receipt. If damage has been found, email josettecacnio@gmail.com right away including "RETURN" in the subject line and let us know what went wrong. You must contact Josette Cacnio Clothing Design within 24 hours of receipt to report damage. Damages must be repacked in the original packaging it came in.

We accept Paypal and all major credit cards.

If you do not have a Paypal account or a credit card, contact for other payment options.
Josette Cacnio Clothing Design reserves the right to adjust the pricing of items at anytime, without any notice.
13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) applies to all transactions.
